1 lb. ground sausage fried in patties
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
Maraschino cherries
1 can biscuits (10 to pkg.)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a metal congealed salad pan with margarine; place cherries on bottom of pan, then brown sugar and nuts. Separate biscuits in half. Place one layer on top of brown sugar and nut layer. Then place sausage patties for next layer. Top with other half of biscuits. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. ****Special do ahead breakfast for Christmas morning.

You need to use a metal congealed salad mold. You can use an angel food cake pan or pound cake pan, just use the larger biscuits. Cook the sausage ahead of time or get them already cooked
