5 lbs. pork shoulder or Boston Butt
1 lg. onion
1 16-oz. can English peas
2 lbs. potatoes, cut 1/2" cubes (cooked)
1 T. black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
2 lbs. hamburger (opt.)
1 16-oz can whole kernel corn
1 qt. tomatoes
2 16-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 T. Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 T. sugar
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until real tender; let cool and skim grease (fat) off. Cut meat into small pieces. Mix all ingredients with meat and cook slowly until everything is well mixed. Cook potatoes and add to mixture and simmer for a little while.
