4 c. chicken
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
2 c. midget English peas
1 c. almonds (opt.)
2 c. hot chicken stock
2 env. plain gelatin
2 c. chopped celery
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2-4 T. India relish
season w/salt, pepper, seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken that has been cooked and chopped with dry ingredients. Add gelatin that has been mixed in cold water and then dissolved in hot broth. Add pimentos that have been chopped and remaining ingredients. Mold in 3 qt. container. Chill well. Serves approx. 20. A good summer dish.
