Ingredients:  
6 Italian (Cubanella) peppers
1 1/2 cups flavored bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup raisins
18 pine (Pinolli) nuts
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 egg
1 1/2 cups cooked hambuger & pork mixture
water
(As much water as needed to make it manageable.It should be the consistancey of turkey stuffing).

tomato sauce



Directions:
Directions:
Stuff peppers. Brown the tops of pepper cups in oil (stuffing end) in hot skillet to form a crust. Then place in deep baking dish. Slice 2 potatoes in wedges and place between peppers.This will help to keep them upright.Then cover 2/3 of the peppers with tomato sauce and bake for about 40 minutes.

Serve with some crusty bread and wine .
