8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
8 slices of dried beef or ham (Armour)
1 c. sour cream
parsley
white pepper
8 slices of bacon
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms, drained
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each chicken breast with one piece of bacon. Place each chicken breast on a slice of dried beef or ham in a large shallow pan. Mix soup, sour cream, white pepper and parsley and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle mushrooms and paprika over all. Bake uncovered in low 300º oven for 2-12 to 3 hours. Serve with hot cooked rice. Serves 8.
