1 c. apricot nectar
3 T. brown sugar
1 t. grated orange peel
2 T. ketchup
1 c. apricot halves, drained
1 t. horseradish mustard
2 t. salt
6 chicken breast filets
2 t. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Combine apricot nectar, brown sugar, orange peel, ketchup, cornstarch, horseradish, mustard and salt. Stir until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Bring to boil. Hold for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Broil chicken breast filets 4-5 minutes on each side. Brush often with apricot sauce during broiling and before serving. Garnish with apricot halves. Makes 6 servings
