1 1/2 Beef Top Round Steak ( 1/8 in Slices )
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp dry white wine or fruit juice

Directions:

Mix Soy sauce, oil, wine, sugar and ginger. Stir in beef, coating each slice thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Drain Beef, reserve marinade. Cook and stir beef in skillet over medium heat 5 minutes. Add enough water to marinade to measure 1/2 cup. Shake marinade water and cornstarch, stir gradually into beef. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Serve over Cooked Rice.
