1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Minute rice (Uncooked)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
4 Green Peppers
1 Can Tomato Soup
2 Tbsp Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ground beef, rice, onion, egg, & seasonings, set aside. Clean Green Peppers, set aside to drain. Fill Meat & Rice mixture into Peppers and Pack. Put peppers in Dutch oven ( standing upright) pour tomato soup with a little water to dilute over top.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour. When finished cooking, turn off heat and add sour cream to soup on top and mix.
