1 c Raw Rice
1 tin mushrooms, drained (save juice)
2 c water (including mushroom juice)
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
2 T soya sauce
1/2 c oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large casserole and bake one hour covered at 350º. I cook mine in the microwave for approx. 15 min or until done.
