1T. Vegetable oil
4 Pork Chops
1 Can Cream of Celery soup
1/2c. Apple juice
2T. Spicy-Brown mustard
1T. Honey
Pepper to taste
4c. Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Heat oil in skillet and brown chops for 10 minutes (or more until browned). Set chops aside. pour off fat. Combine soup, apple juice, mustard, honey & pepper in skillet. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Serve with cooked noodles.
