Ingredients:  
1 bag baby spinach
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1/4 cup slivered almonds
4 oz can of water chestnuts,drained and sliced
6-8 slices of bacon (crisp and crumbled)
2 boiled eggs chopped (if desired)
1 small onion grated or chopped
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour salad into bowl. Whisk together the small onion, oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and pour over spinach salad. Crumble bacon into salad and add water chestnuts,bean sprouts, eggs, and almonds. Mix together and chill 1 hr before serving.
