1 Yellow Pudding Cake Mix
1/2 C. Butter
1 Egg
Mix with fork until slightly crumbled, pour into well greased 9"x13" pan and pat down.

1 pkg. 8 oz Cream Cheese 2 Eggs
1 box Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla

Beat last 4 ingredients with mixture 3-5 minutes. Pour over cake mixture. Bake 45-50 min. at 350º
