There are many quick cream cheese recipes. One of my favorites is Jalapeno Jelly and cream cheese. This could be a last minute addition to your spread. Take a square of cream cheese and cover it with Jalapeno Jelly. Cream cheese can also be molded in to various shapes, before covering with jelly. For example: heart, shamrock. Plastic dishes from card shops are good for this. Serve with your favorite crackers (Wheat Thins are great). Variations: Mint Jelly
