1 rd loaf unsliced limpa or cottage rye bread
18 oz. sharp cheese
3/4 c. non alcoholic beer
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1-1/4 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Tear out inside of bread to make a bowl, leaving at least 1/2 inch all around side and bottom. Tear bread from inside the loaf into bite-sized pieces and place in plastic bag until ready to serve. Combine remaining ingredients except onion and garlic in blender until well blended. Add onion and garlic; blend. Pour cheese mixture into bread bowl; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve bread bowl on platter surrounded by bread pieces; serve with toothpicks.
