1 qt tomato juice
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C white vinegar
1 3/4 C oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt or one small clove
salt to taste
Boil one minute

Directions:
Directions:
Boil one minute. Add peppers for 15-20 minutes. Lift out hot peppers and put into sterile jars. Pour boiling juice up
to 1/2 inch from the top of jar. Seal and cold pack. When water boils rapidly, time it for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat-let set 5 minutes and remove from cold packer.
