1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
4 c. Milk
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 t. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and sugar in sauce pan. Slowly stir in milk. Cook stirring over medium heat till mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Stir a little hot mixture into eggs, add this to original mixture, stirring constantly bring just to a boil, add vanilla, cool.
Delicious served with Strawberries, or any berries.
Recipe can easily be doubled.
