3/4 cubed butter or margarine
3 - 4 large eggs

Directions:
Follow directions on 1 package of wide Golden Grain noodles. Cook until almost done approximately 7 minutes. Rinse noodles in lukewarm water in strainer until dry. Place noodles in large bowl for mixing. Add salt and pepper to taste, heavy on pepper. Add 3/4 cube butter or margarine that has been cut into small pieces, and mix through. Lastly add 3 or 4 large eggs that have been beaten and fold in gently. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Place noodle pudding on middle shelf, cover with flat piece of aluminum foil, do not seal. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown. Last 20 minutes remove foil to let pudding brown on top. Slightly otherwise noodles will get hard. The sided of the pudding will be light brown, when done.
Note: Put 3 or 4 pieces of butter on top of pudding. Good eatings!
