1 can Refried Beans
1 lb. Hamburger
1 sm Onion chopped
1 sm can diced Chilies
1/2 bottle Taco Sauce
1 1/2 C Sour Cream
1 C grated Cheese

diced Tomatoes
chopped Green Onions
chopped black Olives
mashed Avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain. Add beans, and chilies to meat and mix well. Spread in 9x13 baking dish. Pour taco sauce over top of meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º until bubbly. Mix together avocado and sour cream. Spread on top of hot dish. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions and black olives on top. Put back in oven just to heat.
Serve with tortilla chips.

We always have this on Super Bowl Sunday. It is a great appetizer for parties and is also yummy the next day. I don't use the avocado and it is great with just the sour cream. You can use any cheese you like. Pepperjack is really good.
