2 C Sugar
1 Tbs Salt
1 tsp tumeric
1 C Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs Celery Seed
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 lg sliced Onion (rings separated)
15 medium Cucumbers

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cucumbers and onion in a jar with a tight lid. Mix rest of ingredients in pan and bring to boil, stirring continually. This makes a brine. Cool and pour brine over cucumbers and tighten lid. Refrigerate - Shake jar every third day for two weeks. Wait another two weeks and they are ready to eat! Keep refrigerated.
