1 - 16 Oz. Can Salmon
1 tsp. Horseradish
8 0z. Cream Cheese
1 t Lemon Juice
¼ t Liquid Smoke
¼ t Salt
2 t Green Onion, finely chopped
3 T Parsley, snipped
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, remove any bones and skin. Combine cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, 1/4 teaspoon salt and liquid smoke. Chill. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts and 3 tablespoons snipped parsley, chill. Serve with crackers.
