Dressing:
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbls chutney, chopped
2 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. curry
1 t. dry mustard

Salad:
3 c. washed and dried spinach torn in bite size pieces
2 Tbls. sliced green onions
1 1/2 c. chopped, unpared apple
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in jar or container with tight fitting lid. Shake until well blended. Chill for 30 minutes or longer to let flavors blend.

Place torn spinach in salad bowl and top with apples, raisins and peanuts. Shake dressing and pour over the salad and toss.
