1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. fresh zucchini
˝ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
˝ cup olive oil
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of allspice (optional)
˝ cup fine bread crumbs

Directions:

Cook spinach, drain well. Cook zucchini until just tender. Drain and mash. Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients. Turn into greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm. Cut into squares.
