6 potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 cup long horn cheese
2 -3 chopped green onions
Paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Boil 6 large potatoes with skins on. When cool, remove skins and grate potatoes using large side of grater. Add 1 pint of sour cream, 1 cup grated long horn cheese and 2 - 3 chopped green onions. Mix all together and place in flat greased oven dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
