1 large can corn
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Butter
1 Onion
Cracker crumbs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a deep baking dish, holding a quart or more. In the bottom place a layer of potatoes, sliced thin, then a layer of corn, using ½ the contents of a large sized can. On this sprinkle grated onion and season with salt, pepper and bits of butter. Add another layer of potatoes, then the rest of the corn, seasoning as before, and cover all with a layer of cracker crumbs. Dot with butter, pour on milk until it comes to the top, and bake for 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Use cold cooked potatoes.
