Salad:
1 pound rainbow pasta
1 c. chopped green olives
1 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli florets
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 big tomato, chopped (or grape tomatoes)
1/4 c. purple onions chopped

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped parsley (1/2 c. if dry)
2 T. basil (dry)
2 garlic buds minced
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Prepare all other salad ingredients and add to pasta. Combine dressing ingredients and mix with a wire wisk. Add to salad and fold in. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I use fresh parsley and basil when available...mmm! Leave out the walnuts from the dressing if you wish. Add any vegetables--you can't go wrong!
