2 lbs. stew meat
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery
4 carrots
3 potatoes
1 onion
Paprika to taste
1 can 12 oz. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up meat and make sure all the fat is removed. Mix flour, pepper, salt, and paprika together and place in bottom of a crock pot. Roll meat through the flour in the flour mixture. Chop garlic, carrots, potatoes, celery and onions. Add to crock pot. Pour beef broth over the top, and a bay leaf. Cook on a low setting for 5 to 8 hours.
