4 breasts of chicken boned and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped olives
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
2 cups grated jack cheese
12 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in oven. Let cool. Cut chicken up into pieces. In bowl mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and diced green chilies. In pan heat up cooking oil and lightly fry tortillas. Fill the tortillas with meat mixture and place in baking dish. Cover enchiladas with enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese over the top. Place sliced olives over the top of the cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, browned and bubbly. About twenty minutes.
