2 cut-up fryers
¼ lb. of butter
Crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Use 2 cut-up fryers. Melt ¼ lb. of butter in roasting pan. Dip each piece of chicken in the butter then in crushed potato chips. Place in already buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not cover. Baste with butter from the pan.
