12 veal cutlets pounded thin
2 eggs beaten
˝ teaspoon pepper
˝ teaspoon salt
1 ˝ cups breaded crumbs
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
˝ cup butter
2 cups tomato sauce
12 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip veal in egg to which salt and pepper has been added. Then roll in combined bread crumbs and grated cheese. Refrigerate for ˝ hour. Sauté in butter until golden brown. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over all and top with slices of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
