1 medium onion chopped
1 clove of garlic
Cut pieces of veal
Flour
Salt
Pepper
1 can Homestead mushroom gravy
˝ lb. fresh mushrooms
˝ cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté 1 medium chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic in a small pan in melted butter. Cut veal into small pieces, dip in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Add meat to onion and brown. When browned add 1 can of large sized Homestead mushroom gravy, ˝ lb. fresh mushrooms and ˝ cup white wine. Cook slowly for about an hour until done in 350 degree oven.
