1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
Small onion
1 can small tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
Handful of rice
Salt, pepper, rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Chop one small onion and clove of garlic together. Mix into meat add 1 egg and a small amount of bread crumbs to bind. Add salt, pepper, rosemary and a handful of rice. Shape balls round and large and fry in olive oil with a little chopped onion in fry pan. When brown place in oven with 1 can small sized tomato sauce and a little water. Let cook until done. Moderate oven temperature gives best results.
