1 ½ lbs. sirloin tip, sliced in thin strips
1 clove of garlic
Fresh ginger, small piece
¼ cup soy sauce
Pinch of sugar
Green onions chopped
1 bell pepper – sliced
1 red onion – cut in chunks
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 can water chestnuts – sliced
¾ stalk celery – sliced
Cornstarch to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
In a little salad oil brown garlic, add ginger and soy sauce. Add meat and brown, remove to platter and keep warm. Add vegetables to pan (reserving liquid) and cook for 5 minutes, then return meat and liquid from vegetables to pan. Add cornstarch to thicken. Cook until hot and sauce is thick. Serve over steamed rice.
