Left over or stew Meat
Bell Pepper
Onion
Carrots
Potatoes
Flour
Gravy Master
Butter
Salt
Baking powder
Sugar

Cut left over beef into small pieces, removing all excess fat; parboil one green pepper (seeds removed) and cut in strips. Add two cups of potatoes and one-half cup of carrots diced. Add one finely chopped onion. Mix in with the meat. Thicken with one-fourth cup of flour moistened in cold water. Add a few drops of Gravy Master. Place in a baking dish (deep). Make the crust as follows: one cup of flour, one heaping teaspoon of dripping or butter or margarine, pinch of salt, one-fourth teaspoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of sugar and about one third cup cold water to mix. Roll out to fit baking dish, cut holes for steam to escape. Bake in hot oven for one-half hour.
