1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 box of red beans and rice or Spanish Rice
6 large bell peppers, parboiled 8 minutes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Salt, pepper and Garlic Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. When meat is browned drain the excess grease. In separate pot cook a box of red beans and rice or Spanish according to the directions, however leave rice a little runny. When meat and rice are cooked mix the two together. Stuff bell peppers. Pour tomato sauce on top and around bell peppers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each pepper. Bake in 350 Degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Sharon usually serves her stuffed bell pepper with refried beans and cheese.
