3 lbs. flank steak
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Savory salt
3 tablespoons bacon drippings
2 chopped onions
3 cups cornflake crumbs
6 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup chopped celery
2 beaten eggs
1 medium can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Have butcher trim edges off steak and make a pocket. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and savory salt. For stuffing: Add onions to drippings and sauté until brown. Mix remaining ingredients and add to onion mixture spread on steak and roll loosely. Tie with string or use skewers. Heat remaining fat in skillet (add more if necessary) and brown steak well on all sides. Add can of tomato juice (hot), cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
