1 ½ lbs. ground chuck
1 onion
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 8 oz. can water
1 jar sliced pimentos
Chile powder
Jack cheese
Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
To 1 ½ lbs ground chuck add one chopped onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Break up meat, brown and cover. Add two 8oz Cans tomato sauce, 1 can water, 1 jar sliced pimientos and Chile powder to taste. Let simmer for ten minutes. In casserole dish put layer of tortillas, then meat mixture and layer of jack cheese. Repeat layers three times with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
