3 lbs. ground chuck
¾ cups bread crumbs
1 chopped onion
1 small bell pepper
1 clove garlic (or shallots)
Slight amount of soy sauce & worcestshire
2 packages French’s mushroom soup
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add above seasoning to meat and shape into six patties. Dip in flour and brown, then add 2 packages French’s mushroom soup (follow directions for gravy) and let cook slowly. Fresh mushrooms may be added if desired.
