1/2 stick oleo
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
6 oz instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c milk
12 oz cool whip
20 oz oreo cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Crush oreos until all are blended to the consistency of dirt. Set aside. Cream together oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix pudding and milk; mix well. Add cool whip and mix well. Combine the mixture with oleo mixture. In an 8" flower pot layer 1/3 "dirt", 1/2 pudding mixture, 1/3 "dirt", 1/2 pudding, top with 1/3 "dirt". For an unusual conversation piece, add gummy worms on top of mixture along with an artificial flower. Refrigerate.
