1 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
3 cups diced apples, unpeeled
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except apples and nuts. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour batter into angel food cake pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
