3 lbs. salmon fillets
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. ginger, chopped
2 T. wine or sherry
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except salmon fillets and rice in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir just until sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Drizzle soy sauce mixture generously over salmon and let sit for 15 minutes. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
