5 or 6 Medium Apples
1 and a fourth cup Sugar
1 Stick butter
2 t. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel apples, and slice into small pieces. Line an unbaked pies shell with apple pieces. Cut butter and drop over apples, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over apples. Put on a top crust and punch holes in crust so steam can escape. Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour in overn 350. Set pie pan on a cookie sheet as pie might bubble out in oven.
