1/2 c drained pineapple tidbits
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp orange marmalade
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained


1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, divided
1/2 tsp paprika
4 (6 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
cooking spray
1/4 c chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; add 1/8 tsp pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat; cook 1 minute or until thoroughtly heated. Keep warm. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Combine the remaining 1/8 tsp pepper and paprika; sprinkle evenly over chicken. Coat the chicken with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan, cook 5 minutes on each side, or until done. Serve with bean mixture; sprinkle with cilantro.
