4 c. apples, peeled and chopped (not too fine)
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together apples. Blend with sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, and nuts. Blend dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add back to apple mixture. Pour in 8x10" pan and bake at 325º-350º for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
