10 eggs
4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly oil a 13x9" baking dish. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in Monterey Jack, cottage cheese, butter, flour, baking powder, salt and chilies. Pour into baking dish, and bake for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set. Cool for 10 minutes.
