2 cans white shoepeg corn (drained)
2 pkgs. of chopped feta (garlic and herb or tomato and basil)
1 bunch of green onions (chopped)

Dressing:
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Serve with Frito Scoops!
