4 boneless chicken breasts, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 tsp white
pepper, ground cloves and ground sage, 1 brown onion, 8 oz.
frozen spinach, 1/4 c heavy cream, 1/2 c olive oil, salt and
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Dice onion small and add half the olive oil and onions to a
skillet. Cook until tender, add diced garlic. Cook for a few
minutes and add spinach (make sure to squeeze all the water
from spinach). Add cream, spices and salt & pepper, cook
down to dry state. Pound out chicken breast until thin. Put
spinach mixture on chicken breasts and roll them up, use
toothpick to secure. Brown outside of chicken rolls in
remaining olive oil. Place rolls in oven for 15 min.
To serve, cut rolls in pieces and serve over pasta.
