18 ounces apple jelly
5 ounces prepared horseradish
2 heaping Tablespoons dry mustard
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Yield: 5 eight ounce jars

Place all ingredients in blender. Mix well. Serve with raw vegetables or pretzels. Great with ham or beef.
