12 oz Turkey breast, ground
1 Onion, diced
2 Zucchini diced
2 Yellow squash, diced
4 stalks Celery, diced
2 bell Peppers, green, red or yellow
1 15 oz can Black beans
2 28 oz cans Tomatoes, diced
2 15 oz cans Beef broth
1 pkge Chili mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey breast in skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, add onions and cook about 5 min.
Add the rest of the ingredients, tomatoes and beans juices too.
Cook until veggies are done. You can adapt this recipe to include YOUR favorite veggies.
This recipe is one of those that taste even better the next day !!
