8 cups of Flour (sifted)
3 pkg. Dry Yeast
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of Crisco
2 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of White Potato water (do not add salt)
1/2 cup White Potato water to dissolve yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, eggs, Crisco and dissolve yeast in baby warm white potato water. Work up in bowl until soft. Cover bowl with aluminum foil. Let rise until dough touches the top of the foil. Then make up rolls and put in greased pan. Let rise again at room temperature to the top of the pan. Bake at 400º. Brush rolls with butter when top of rolls are slightly hard. When golden brown remove from the oven and look for the "homemade preserves"
