1 stick butter
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
half and half as needed
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt the stick of butter. Blend in the cream cheese using a wire wisk. Stir in enough half and half to make a creamy sauce. Add the oregano, salt, pepper and cheese.

Serve immediately over 1 lb. of cooked fettucini. noodles.
